NGO Executive Job in Delhi – ISDA
Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (ISDA) is a reputed not-for-profit organization registered under Section 08 (formerly Section 25C) of the Companies Act, 1956. With a strong on-ground presence and proven implementation capability, ISDA works closely with central and state government departments, corporate CSR foundations, public sector undertakings, and development agencies to implement pan-India projects aligned with national development priorities and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Business Development professional will be responsible for driving organizational growth by identifying new funding opportunities, developing partnerships, and supporting the acquisition of CSR, government, and institutional projects. The role involves proposal development, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to expand ISDA’s project portfolio and impact.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, CSR partners, government bodies, and funding agencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Support preparation and submission of concept notes, project proposals, budgets, EOIs, and RFPs
• Conduct market and donor research to track CSR trends, government schemes, and funding opportunities
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with partners and internal teams
• Act as a liaison between donors, partners, and project implementation teams
• Support development of partnerships, MoUs, and collaboration documents
• Maintain and update databases of leads, proposals, and partnerships
• Track proposal status and prepare periodic business development MIS and reports
• Support onboarding and initiation of new CSR and development projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, CSR, NGO, or development sector roles
• Prior exposure to CSR proposal development, government projects, or donor coordination will be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and basic budgets
• Good negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
• Result-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinking abilities
• Willingness to travel, if required
