ANK Foundation, a not-for-profit organization working in education, skill development, and livelihood promotion, is implementing an innovative STEM, Robotics, AI & ML program in Government Girls Schools across Bihar and Jharkhand. We are looking for committed and passionate professionals to join our team and contribute to this impactful initiative.

1. Project Coordinator

Openings: 1 for Jharkhand
Eligibility & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing education/skill development/livelihood projects.
Strong skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Ability to coordinate with school authorities, trainers, and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage smooth implementation of the STEM program in assigned schools.
• Liaison with government officials, school principals, and teachers.
• Support trainers with logistics, planning, and execution of sessions.
• Track program progress, ensure documentation, and prepare reports.
• Monitor quality and ensure timely deliverables.

2. Female STEM, Robotics, AI & ML Trainer

Openings: 3 for Jharkhand
Eligibility & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Science/Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of training/teaching experience in STEM, Robotics, AI & ML.
Hands-on expertise with programming (Python/Arduino/Scratch, etc.) and robotics kits.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Passionate about teaching and inspiring students, especially girls, in STEM education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions in STEM, Robotics, AI & ML for school students.
• Design and deliver practical, project-based learning modules.
• Provide mentorship for student projects and innovation challenges.
• Ensure learning outcomes through engaging methods (experiments, group work, role play).
• Maintain training records and share progress updates with the project team.
