We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager to manage and lead our skill development center at Kapashera Border.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building relationships with degree colleges, ITIs, training institutions, and other educational stakeholders, along with proven expertise in student mobilization, employer engagement, and placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall management and day-to-day operations of the training center.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with degree colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, schools, and other educational institutions for student mobilization and outreach.
3. Plan and execute student mobilization activities to achieve enrollment targets.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners for placement opportunities.
5. Lead placement drives, interviews, job fairs, and employer interactions.
6. Track and achieve training, attendance, certification, and placement targets.
7. Coordinate with trainers, mobilization teams, placement teams, and project stakeholders.
8. Conduct regular outreach activities and awareness sessions with students and youth.
9. Maintain accurate MIS, student records, placement documentation, and reports.
10. Monitor the quality of training delivery and ensure compliance with project requirements.
11. Represent the organization during meetings with colleges, ITIs, employers, government departments, and other stakeholders.
12. Monitor program outcomes and prepare data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
13. Design logical frameworks and M&E systems to track program KPIs and social impact.
14. Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
15. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and communications.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proven experience in student mobilization and placement coordination.
3. Strong network and demonstrated ability to engage with degree colleges and ITIs.
4. Good understanding of the skill development and employability ecosystem.
5. Experience in organizing placement drives and coordinating with recruiters.
6. Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and MIS/reporting.
8. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with an existing network among colleges, ITIs, employers, and local youth communities in Delhi-NCR, particularly around Kapashera, Dwarka, Gurugram, Najafgarh, and nearby areas, will be preferred.
