About the Role:
ISDA is looking for a skilled and passionate Electrician Trainer to deliver practical and classroom-based training under the Project Shakti Vridhi. The role focuses on building technical competencies and enhancing employability among trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct classroom and practical training in electrical trade (wiring, installation, maintenance, safety).
2. Train and manage batches of 80–120 trainees effectively.
3. Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and learning materials.
4. Assess trainee performance through tests and practical evaluations.
5. Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools/equipment.
6. Maintain attendance, discipline, and trainee engagement.
7. Provide basic soft skills and employability training.
8. Support placement activities like mock interviews.
9. Submit training reports and coordinate with program teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
1.ITI/Diploma in Electrician / Electrical Engineering or related field
2.2–5 years of relevant experience (training/industry)
3.Experience handling large trainee batches preferred

Required Skills:
1.Strong communication (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
2.Practical training and demonstration skills
3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
4.Good mentoring and interpersonal skills
