Alongside this, they are introduced to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) learning and computer courses, building essential skills to help them grow with confidence in today’s digital and innovation-driven world.

Job description/responsibilities

• Deliver IT training sessions (e.g., IT Helpdesk, MS Office, networking basics, troubleshooting).
• Supervise trainers, trainees, and centre staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor education/CSR projects as per partner or funding requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance, security, and utilization of IT infrastructure at the centre.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and share progress updates with management and partners.
• Coordinate with mobilization/community outreach teams for effective enrollment.
• Track student performance, certification, and placement outcomes.
• Liaise with CSR partners, government stakeholders, and vendors for project compliance.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and organizational protocols.
• Identify risks and challenges, propose solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.
             

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT training and project management.
• Prior experience in managing education/CSR or skill development projects.
• Experience in working with NSDC, Skill India, or similar education/training frameworks.
• Strong understanding of both technical IT support and pedagogy for training delivery.
