About the Role:

ISDA is looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, manage training programs, and ensure smooth functioning of the training centre under Project Shakti Vridhi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise day-to-day centre operations.
2. Ensure a disciplined and positive learning environment.
3. Oversee infrastructure, logistics, and maintenance of the centre.
4. Implement and monitor training programs as per project plan.
5. Track attendance, training quality, and learner progress.
6. Supervise trainers and support staff; conduct regular team meetings.
7. Coordinate with local stakeholders (Panchayats, community leaders).
8. Support mobilization through field visits and awareness activities.
9. Maintain records, reports, and ensure proper documentation.
10. Ensure compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduate (Social Work / Management or related field preferred)
2. 2–4 years of experience in centre management / project management / community development

Required Skills:

1. Strong leadership and team management skills
2. Good communication (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
3. Organizational and problem-solving ability
4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting)Additional Requirements:
   1. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
   2. Willingness for field visits and local travel
   3. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
