Rouchdy Foundation, a New Delhi–based non-profit, is implementing an eight-month Women Empowerment through Sustainable Skill Development Program in Kalol, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The initiative aims to train 120 women in vocational and financial skills to enhance their employability and self-reliance.
RF is looking for Trainer for the Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator (BC&BF) course to deliver NSDC-aligned training on banking operations, financial literacy, customer service, and soft skills. The Trainer will facilitate practical learning, maintain training records, coordinate sessions, and support certification.
Applicants should have a background in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration, with 1–2 years of experience in training . Strong communication, facilitation skills, and proficiency in local languages are required.
