About the Role:

ISDA is seeking a proactive Placement Coordinator to manage employer engagement and ensure successful placement of trainees under Project Shakti Vridhi. The role involves coordination with industries, preparing trainees for jobs, and achieving placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Connect with hospitals, clinics, and electrical companies for placement opportunities.
2.Build and maintain strong employer relationships.
3.Organize campus drives, job fairs, and employer interactions.
4. Prepare trainees through mock interviews, resume building, and soft skills training.
5.Assess trainee readiness and match them with suitable job roles.
6.Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and placement logistics.
7.Maintain placement records, employer database, and reports.
8.Track placement progress and ensure target achievement (70–80%).
9.Conduct post-placement follow-ups with candidates and employers.
 

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Social Work / HR / Business Administration preferred)
2. 2–4 years of experience in placement / skilling / CSR projects
3. Experience in healthcare or technical trades is an advantage

Required Skills:

1.Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
2.Employer networking and stakeholder management
3.Data management and reporting skills
4.Coordination and problem-solving ability
 

Additional Requirements:

1.Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
2.Willingness to travel for employer visits and field coordination
3.Target-oriented and proactive approach
