JOB TITLE- Project Manager:

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the CSR project in alignment with approved objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role ensures effective coordination between donors, implementation teams, trainers, institutions, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation as per the approved CSR proposal and logical framework.
• Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, partner NGOs, government departments, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, CSR guidelines, ESG frameworks, and SDG alignment.
• Oversee budget utilization, documentation, and fund utilization reporting.
• Supervise trainers and field teams; ensure quality delivery of training and activities.
• Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, impact assessments, case studies, and final completion reports.
• Ensure sustainability planning and smooth exit strategy as defined in the proposal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Social work, MBA, master’s degree in education, Project Management, or a related field.

JOB TITLE – IT Trainer (Skill Development Center ) :

The Trainer is responsible for delivering structured training programs as per the approved curriculum, ensuring skill enhancement, knowledge transfer, and behavioral development of beneficiaries in line with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions as per the approved training module and timetable.
• Customize training methods based on beneficiary needs, literacy levels, and local context.
• Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and progress tracking of participants.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Support beneficiaries with hands-on practice, demonstrations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Integrate life skills, safety, hygiene, and employability components where applicable.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for reporting, scheduling, and field-level updates.
• Ensure inclusive participation, gender sensitivity, and safe learning environments.
• Assist in documentation, success stories, photographs, and impact data collection.
• Support placement linkage or post-training guidance, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in computer training, IT skill development, or digital literacy programs.

Job Title: Placement Coordinator & Mobilizer

Job Summary:

The Placement Coordinator & Mobilizer will be responsible for mobilizing candidates from communities and colleges, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring successful placement of certified candidates. The role also involves employer engagement, market research, and collaboration with institutions to support training and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit communities, colleges, and training centers for candidate mobilization.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings with community leaders, institutions, and project partners.
• Coordinate placement of candidates who have successfully completed their certification.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable employment opportunities for trained candidates.
• Liaise and collaborate with companies/employers for candidate placements.
• Liaise with local institutions, ITIs, and training centres to establish collaborations for student training and placement support.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and placement data.
• Ensure all assigned mobilization and placement targets are achieved within the given timeframe.
