• Responsible for implementation, execution & delivery of CSR programmes at the field
level.
• The role includes project management, monitoring & evaluation, MIS management,
reporting, relationship & stakeholder management.
• Liaise with all project-specific and related government bodies & departments,
Community-based organizations (CBOs), regulating agencies and community-level
groups.
• Quality and timely delivery of projects on-ground to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain and share records, MIS, database, pictures, videos, success stories, etc.,
regarding the day-to-day project/s work undertaken.
• Report writing and project communication (internal and external) will be critical in this
role, including project updates, presentations, communication collaterals, monitoring,
and research papers and reports.
• The role involves extensive domestic travel and presence in the field for project
implementation, coordination, and management.
Research
• Handle CSR-related primary and secondary research projects, including Need
Assessment, Baseline, Midline, Endline, and Social Impact.
• Will be responsible for research planning, including preparing tools, questionnaires,
methodology, approach, inception reports, etc.
• Will be engaged in data collection online and offline, preparing and maintaining Google
forms, data integration, etc.
• Collection of qualitative and quantitative data as per prescribed formats and data
collection tools.
• Supervise and guide field staff/enumerators.
• Monitor and report the work of field staff and corrective action and recommendations, if
any, to the project lead.
• Will be responsible for data analysis, maintaining MIS, data, data synthesis, drafting
findings, depicting through data, graphs, etc.
• Review and evaluate research data, reports, and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
• Accuracy in data gathering and data entry.
• Will be responsible for end-to-end report writing, drafting meaningful report content, data
integration, depicting data in research reports, integration of analysis, finding and
recommendation.
• Will be engaged in making case studies, whitepapers, testimonials, and research content
creation etc.
• Will be responsible for presenting research reports, analysis, findings, recommendations
etc., to our partners and clients (internal and external).

Desired Profile
• 3-4 years of similar experience in Community Development, Rural Development, Skill
Development, Program Operations, Program/Project Implementation, and Community
Mobilization in the NGO / CSR sector.

• 1-3 years of experience in CSR-related research, data analysis and report writing for
Need Assessment, Baseline, Midline, Endline, and Social Impact Studies.
• Knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) guidelines as per Schedule VII
of Section 135, Companies Act 2013 (mandatory).
• Experience and knowledge of preparing reports, project-specific and research papers
and reports on Canva and other platforms (mandatory).
• Know-how in data integration, analysis, synthesis, statistics, and using tools and
software like SPSS, Excel, etc. (preferred).
• Passionate about the sector, ready to take the initiative, self-driven, and persuasive.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across organizational levels.
• Project management skills and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
