- Provide personalized career guidance and support.
Job Matching
- Analyze candidate skills and preferences to match suitable job opportunities.
- Align employer needs with student capabilities.
- Networking & Employer Outreach
- Attend job fairs, industry meets, and networking sessions.
- Promote the hiring of trained youth to potential employers.
Placement Coordination
- Organize job drives, interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and employers.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of candidate profiles, placements, and employer feedback.
- Provide regular insights and performance reports to the management.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about job market changes and industry expectations.
- Propose improvements in placement strategy and process.
