Social Impact Partnership Manager: NGO Job in Bangalore, Karnataka at Change Management Enterprise.

Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and strategic Social Impact Partnership Managers with a strong background in fundraising, business development, and social sector engagement. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent with proven experience working in NGOs, CSR, UN agencies, or non-profit fund mobilization environments.

You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and converting sponsorship and grant opportunities with Rotary Clubs, CSR wings, development organizations, UN bodies (UNDP, UNESCO), and relevant government programs to fund CME’s education, skill development, and training initiatives.

(Focus: Sales, Fundraising & Strategic Collaborations – MSW/Non-Profit Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build a database of 1000+ social organizations, including Rotary Clubs, NGOs, CSR foundations, government schemes, and multilateral agencies.
• Reach out to 400+ relevant partners for initial engagement and generate interest in CME’s development programs.
• Lead cold calls, email campaigns, and proposal submissions to CSR leads, NGO directors, and grant officers.
• Map CME programs with SDGs, CSR mandates, and development priorities of target partners.
• Co-create and customize funding proposals and concept notes aligned with partner objectives.
• Facilitate evaluation meetings, grant applications, or partnership discussions.
• Work closely with CME’s L&D team to plan and represent training modules in mock presentations or pilot rollouts.
• Track, monitor, and report progress of accounts from Initial Interest → Qualification → Evaluation, → Funding Closure.
• Maintain regular coordination and engagement reports using CRM or spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MSW/MBA in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in CSR/NGO/government grant management or institutional fundraising.
• Strong verbal and written communication and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and present impact-driven solutions.
• Exposure to working with Rotary, Lions Clubs, CSR heads, or multilateral agencies like UNDP/UNESCO preferred.
• Strong ethical grounding, persuasion skills, and target orientation.
