Role Description:
Manager – HR and L&D is responsible for all Manpower planning, request, Sourcing and Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development at YFS. Responsible for staffing, onboarding, orientation, exits, Training Assessment, Planning & Preparation.
Responsibilities:
– Working with various teams in the organization at different levels to understand the Human resource requirement.
– Planning the manpower, sourcing resumes for the open positions, screening & shortlisting prospect candidates. Co-ordination & interview management and recruitment.
– Onboarding – help in supporting the growth of the organization in terms of geography and people.
– Set processes to ensure smooth coordination between chapters offices and head-office.
– Ensure statutory compliance is adhered to and all documentation is maintained for internal and external audits.
– Manage the entire process of sourcing to exit of human resources at YFS.
– Train and develop employees to help them build their capacity and improve their performance.
– Maintain database, generate reports on key people metrics and share with internal stakeholders.
Learning
– Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
– Create and execute learning strategies and programs
– Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
– Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

Selection Criteria
Age and Experience
– 35-45 years
– At least 10 years of experience in HR and L&D
– At least 5 years of experience managing L&D
Education
– Masters/ MBA in HR or Administration
– Bachelors in any discipline
Languages
– English, Hindi, Kannada
– Any other regional language
Skills knowledge of effective learning and development methods
– Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
– Mentoring skills
– Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Change Management: Experience in project management and budgeting
Other requirements: Corporate experience and any Professional certification will be beneficial
