📌 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Fund Collection Executive (Door-to-Door Fundraiser)
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Kota, Rajasthan (and other locations as required)
📌 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time / Part-time
📌 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Performance-based (Fixed + Incentives)

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Collect donations by reaching out to people door-to-door and in public places
• Educate people about the charitable initiatives of our organization
• Provide accurate information about the trust and assist donors in making contributions
• Facilitate donations through digital methods (UPI, bank transfer, website)
• Coordinate with the team and prepare daily/weekly reports

🔸 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi required; English or local language is a plus)
• Positive and friendly personality
• Preference for candidates interested in social work
• No prior experience is required, but experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising is a plus
