Responsibilities

The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management and effective operation of the Skill Development Centre. Key duties include but are not limited to:

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Skill Development Centre.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all centre programs and services.
• Strategic and Operational Leadership
• Provide leadership in strategic planning and operational execution.
• Develop and implement centre initiatives such as mobilization, classroom and lab training, and placement activities.

Program Improvement

• Identify and implement measures for the effective delivery of centre programs.
• Monitor program quality and suggest improvements as needed.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and manage centre staff.
• Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for the team.
• Centre Development and Maintenance
• Ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and quality of all centre activities.

Learning and Growth

• Engage in continuous learning to enhance your skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Administrative Duties

• Handle administrative tasks associated with centre operations.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Interact professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote Enthusiasm for Skill Training
• Be an advocate for skill development and training programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW), Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role as a Centre Manager or Centre Head.
• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
