Data Analyst cum Quality Control Full Time

Responsibilities

Operation MIS & Dashboard (In Consultation with RD)

·         Understand the key Matrixes and data points of  Annual operation plan finalized by RD

·         Keep the daily track of all Data in terms of Enrolment, Training, Placement & retention

·         Collate the daily reports from customized Google sheet and send for the review to RD

·         Setting up early warning system through reports stinkers to team on weekly and fortnightly reports

·         Coordinate with trainers, Centre managers, Regional managers to collate training completion data of the classroom/centre teams

·         Drive engagement through Weekly reporting and fortnightly reports

·         Creating Reports with validation from the ground team with zero error for donor reporting’s and meetings

Cross functional reports (In consultation with RD)

·         Maintain real times project reports validated through Sixer class

·         Help in data cleaning customized the report formats as per the requirement of CRMS for donor need

·         Periodic regional report for the Head of Sustainability/Chief of Programmes/ Chief of Livelihood

·         Maintain the Utilization/spending reports for the region

Operation Excellence Matrix Dash Board (In consultation with RD)

·         Maintaining  &tracking attendance of the batches and pushing the periodic reports to ground team

·         Maintaining & Learning Management related Analytics and pushing data to the ground team

·         Maintaining the Academic excellent reports and trainer feedback reports to improve the overall training  delivery of the projects

·         Pushing the Operation matrix dash boards to the team and map the improvements on monthly basis

·         Setting up operational monthly calendars for RD and team to review progress on operation matrixes

Analytics (In consultation with RD)

·         Upload & share Training event tracker which involves Coordination with managers.

·         Analyse training effectiveness work closely with RD for data analysis and work closely with Internal Master trainer

·         Monthly MIS update of Enrolment, trained & placed. Tracking of Attendance, Batch status, Batch completion, Assessment. Analyse these reports to make the data driven decision

·         Collating the placed data for Centre teams

·         Maintaining  the placement tracking/ retention data and generating the periodic report and work closely with the team to fill all the data gaps and follow ups

Training and Capacity Building (In consultation with RD)

·         Conducting the training and workshop on data management for the ground team as the per donor requirement along with CRM

·         Create required data formats as per the requirement of the ground for smooth data flow and smooth operation and train the managers on the same

·         Creating the depository of all the project bibles and trained the ground team on these along with RD

·         Regional point of contact for coordination for any regional activity like training workshop etc.

Quality Control, Data sanctity/ Research (In consultation with RD)

·         Closely work with Sixer class team and impact team along with RD to understand the trend and do the qualitative and quantitative analysis

·          Do the regional first hand research for launch of any new product like future x etc.

·         Ensure all the data which is getting in to sixer class is downloaded and checked timely report is send to team for any concern as the client mandate

·         Maintain high level of data integrity check and balance system and closely work with RD to put a robust system for the same

·         Do the secondary research for RD to understand the current employment outlook, mapping of potential partnership for placement and strategic government partnership, send the expression interest and take the required follow up

Desired Profile:

·         At least Graduation, if with IT background will be preferred

·         At least 5 years of experience in the similar field, who has done data management and analysis of programmes/ clients/ through excel and also have the knowledge of related software.

·         Preferably who has handled the data analysis in skill industry and livelihood space

·         Strong in Microsoft office and excellent with excel functioning with advance level knowledge of the same

·         Should be able to work with deadlines and multasking is must
