English & Digital Trainer Full Time

Roles and responsibilities:

● Responsible for conducting the English and digital skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.
● Classroom delivery of content to improve students job readiness.
● Conduct timely student assessments.
● Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
● Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
● Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
● Sharing training reports as and when required.
● Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
