Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals:
1. Employer Acquisition & Relationship:
● Generate, build, and maintain local employer networks via calls, emails, and
meetings.
● Maintaining and building an active working relationship with the employer.
● Frequently undertaking travel/ field market scans as per the requirement for
local and mid-size employer generations.
2. Executing Placements strategies & plans:
● Responsible for planning and managing in-house Placement Drives and Job fairs
with corporate/Skilling partners.
● Responsible for achieving the desired target number of youth placements in jobs.
● Line up the students according to the company’s requirements and associated
with the pre-placement profiling.
● Follow-up pre and post-placement activities.
● Regularly conducting Pre-placement meets and talks.
● Validate the placement data of the centers.
3. Reporting:
● Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly updating the data.
● Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required to the internal
stakeholders.
● Documentation of placement Tie-up.
● Maintaining the Recruiter database.
Who we are looking for:
● Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in the development sector/training,
preferably.
● Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Placements/ Corporate relations, preferably in an
NGO.
● Knowledge of local employers and job aggregators in the PCMC/Pune region.
● Experience of either employability skills, job placement, youth development or
vocational training programs either directly or indirectly (desirable)
● Presentable and confident along with good people skills or people’s personality.
● Flexible to manage and extend time requirements as and when needed.
● Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook Excel) and Google Docs.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Ability to meet deadlines and follow guidelines.
