As the Senior Placement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing placement operations nationwide across various training projects. Your role encompasses managing a team of subordinates, facilitating placements for over 20,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds, including college graduates, participants of the Saksham Project, ESDM Project, and other groups.
Role & responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive placement strategies aligned with the objectives of each training project.
Analyze market trends, industry demands, and skill requirements to tailor placement approaches effectively.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of placement coordinators and assistants.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project leaders, training coordinators, and external stakeholders to align placement activities with program goals.
Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, industry associations, and government agencies to expand placement opportunities.
Placement Coordination:
Oversee the end-to-end placement process, from candidate sourcing and screening to job offers and onboarding.
Coordinate with educational institutions, vocational centers, and project participants to facilitate seamless transitions into employment.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of candidates, job openings, and placement outcomes using appropriate databases and software.
Generate regular reports and analytics to track placement metrics, identify trends, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the relevance and suitability of job placements for candidates.
Monitor post-placement feedback and address any issues or concerns raised by employers or participants promptly.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and project guidelines throughout the placement process.
Maintain thorough documentation of all placement-related activities, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in placement management, preferably in a multi-project or pan-India setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of employment trends, labor market dynamics, and industry sectors.
Proficiency in using database management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements:
