Rouchdy Foundation, a New Delhi–based non-profit organization established in 2020, is implementing an eight-month project titled Women Empowerment through Sustainable Skill Development Program in Anekal,Banglore. The initiative aims to train 120 women in vocational skills, facilitate certification, and support both placement and entrepreneurship opportunities to promote economic self-reliance.
RF is looking for a Project Manager that will oversee program planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and performance monitoring. Applicants should hold a master’s degree (MBA, MSW, or MA) with at least two years of relevant experience in women empowerment or skill development projects, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office. The position offers a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹25000- ₹30000 Per month for eight months, with possible extension based on performance.
