Role: Deliver IT & digital skills training to beneficiaries
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct theory & practical computer training
• Maintain attendance, assessments & training records
• Support beneficiaries with hands-on practice
• Assist in reporting & documentationQualification:
• Graduate/Diploma in IT / Computer Science / BCA
• 1–3 years experience in computer or digital skills training3️⃣ Placement Coordinator & Mobilizer
Role: Candidate mobilization & placement coordination
Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize candidates from communities & colleges
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings & employer linkages
• Support candidate placements & maintain records
• Market research for job opportunitiesQualification:
• Graduate (preferred)
• Experience in placement/mobilization/CSR projects is a plus
