Manager – Corporate Volunteering Full Time

We are looking for a young and passionate person who has at least 8-10 years of work experience;
preferably in the corporate/social sector to co-ordinate/manage the corporate projects at YFS.

The responsibilities include:

• Devising corporate volunteering programs in line with YFS’ vision and areas of focus
• Proactively engaging with corporates to build positive relationship and promote YFS programs
• Planning of the programs / projects (including manpower, budget, logistics, etc)
• Timely preparation of reports and communication to both internal & external stakeholders
• Corporate Volunteering Programs documentation
• Program/project reviews
• Update Project/Program info in monthly AHMs w.r.t report preparation and presentation
• Talk to new corporates & introduce YFS & engage corporate volunteers to do events in line with YFS focus areas

Location: Hyderabad– Preference will be given to Local people.

Selection Criteria

Age: 30 yrs to 40 yrs
Education: A degree in any field
Languages: needed Fluency in Oral and Written communication in English and Telugu is a
must. Any other Languages – Option
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Rs.5.4L to Rs.6.0L PA
Work Timing: 9:30am – 6:00pm, Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Use of internet, e-mail, etc.
• Ability to talk to new people
• Plan, Organize & Manage events end to end
• Oral & written Communication in English
• Good presentation skills

Other requirements

• The person should be ready to travel as the work requires 60% field
  work.
