𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀:
Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, and community development initiatives. We are expanding our outreach to neighboring cities, and we are looking for an organized and dedicated Project Coordinator to assist in managing the smooth implementation of our programs.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of specific project components.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders, beneficiaries, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain detailed project records, including progress reports, budgets, and resources.
• Support in organizing community outreach programs, workshops, and events.
• Identify and resolve any operational challenges that may arise during the project’s implementation.
• Monitor project performance and ensure goals are being met.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Experience in engaging with local communities and stakeholders.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:

• Knowledge of social development programs in education, healthcare, or community development.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
