Job Description: Center Manager, Charvi Empowerment Society

Location: Gurugram and Bangalore

No. of Openings: 2

Responsibilities which shall include but not be limited to:
* Manage Skill Development Centre Operations.
* Provide Leadership in Strategic and Operational Planning.
* Development of Centre Initiatives (Mobilisations, Classroom, lab training, Placement etc).
* Improvement for Effective Delivery of Centre Programmes.
* Lead, Train, Manage Staff, Set Goals.
* Overall development, performance and maintenance of the centre’s activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality and services.
* Engage in active, relevant learning for your own skills.
* Engage in administrative duties.
* Be enthusiastic about Skill Training.
* Client handling.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25000 to 35000 per month

Education:
MSW/ BSW/ MBA

Experience: 3-5 years of working Experience in which 2 years of experience as center manager or head.

Language:
English/ Hindi (For Gurugram)

English/ Hindi/Kannada (For Bengaluru)
