Identify and assess candidates’ skills and career goals to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to understand their hiring needs.
Coordinate and manage the placement process, including interviews, follow-ups, and feedback.
Provide career counseling and guidance to candidates to enhance their employability.
Mobilization:
Engage with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote job placement programs.
Organize and conduct outreach activities, workshops, and seminars to increase awareness about placement services.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within various industries to facilitate job placements.
Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job placements.
Prepare and present reports on placement activities and outcomes.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve placement processes and outcomes.
Provide regular reports and feedback on successes, challenges, suggestions, and recommendations and share with the Head office team on a regular basis.
Consistently demonstrating the organizational values to all stakeholders and colleagues.
