Your role to supplement the Organizational goals:
● Program Throughput: Ensure smooth program implementation at the center to achieve
the given targets. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day affairs.
● Alumni community leaders: Working & interacting closely with the youth at each
program stage to ensure a leader within each one of them. Identify a group of volunteers
per batch/ per month to spread awareness about the program and participate in program
activities.
● Successful skill completion with demonstrable learning session: Challenges should
be highlighted, attendance tracked, follow-ups shared and feedback provided to the
skilling team in order to ensure completion.
● Placement preparedness and placements: Work closely with the placement YC to
ensure that each student goes through placement preparedness and attends the
schedule interviews
● Retention & Sustainability:
● Data management and Technology platform Ensure that the mastersheet/
WeConnect is updated for all program stages on a timely basis. Analyze the data to
share insights with the center teams to create a better impact/ suggest a change in strategy.
Documentation must be presented for each of these insights.
● Overall center management and Model behavior: Practice model behavior in
alignment with Lighthouse culture. Assisting Center heads in overall center
management.
● Any other responsibility that might need to be undertaken.
● Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
Who we are looking for:
● Education : Master’s or post-graduate degree in education, social sciences or relevant
field.
● Experience:Minimum 4-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in
skill development or livelihood.
● Passion for skill development and empowering youth.
● Good data analysis and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word
and Excel is required. A knowledge of relevant statistical software is desirable.
● Ability to work independently with large volumes of data with initiative.
● Ability to work across teams and supervisors.
● Ability to respond positively to feedback.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi,Hindi and English
● Excellent interpersonal and team skills
● Ambitious, energetic, and hard-working professional committed to improving lives among
marginalised communities. Must share a sense of urgency about development.
● Experience of working with low-income groups is a must
● Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in and commitment to doing social good.
