Assistant Centre Head cum Counselor Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Coordination and Execution of Lighthouse Connect pathway for the centre for GOYN-
Lighthouse Connect program.

● Develop and maintain a conducive environment at the center that enables learning and a feeling
of safe space for youth.
● Manage a team of 3-4 and hand-hold them for timely deliverables and high-quality outcomes for
all of the stages of the program – Community Outreach to Alumni Engagement.
● Effective program management with the support of the team to ensure appropriate enrollments
in the program and positive progress of the youth in their journey through the program stages.
● Sustainability of placements.This involves daily line up students for the Interview, checking
resumes, industry expert sessions, mock interview, identifying local economy, Coordination with
the Placement manager for the new job opportunities, Alumni Program
● Assisting in maintaining the monthly planning, timesheets, and task lists of the team.
● Providing continuous mentorship to team members, actively engaging in reviews and offering
constructive feedback,
● Contributing to overall team productivity enhancements by implementing strategies to
streamline processes, optimize resources, and foster a collaborative work environment.
● Asset Management and Administrative activities of Centre: Asset Register, file backups on
monthly basis.
● Data and Reports: Funder reports, google mapping, other data reports as required to submitted
on monthly basis.
● Ensure deployment and adoption of a technology platform for Lighthouse and data accuracy
● Ensure clean data and logistical support for implementation of We connect
● Ensure adoption of Youth Connect Portal for the Lighthhouse Connect Centre
● Working effectively with stakeholder ecosystem viz. local Corporators, Management, Corporate
Partners, Skilling partners, Placement organizations, Program Partners, guests, Volunteers ,
MLA Office and the Community. Who we are looking for:
● Education: MSW or Post Graduation in any field
● Years of Experience: 4-7 years of experience in livelihood or skilling programs and career
counseling as well.
● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
● Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
● Proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and
productivity
