JD:
– Statutory, Internal and Income Tax Audit for listed and unlisted companies in industries such as IT, Construction, Infrastructure, Paper Manufacturing, Financial Institutions and Real Estate
– Inventory and Fixed Asset Physical Verification Assignments and Inventory Valuation Assignment.
– Manage audits from account scrutiny to finalization and preparation of Audit Reports
– Perform variance analysis, periodic comparisons, ratio analysis, and audit of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, borrowings, and fixed assets.
– Conduct Forensic Audits under the IBC, 2016, including cash and bank balance analysis, expense verification, and ledger scrutiny
– Prepare and review compliance for real estate companies under the RERA including client interactions and cost allocation verification
– Assist in preparing restated financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) for IPOs
– Prepare consolidated financial statements under IndAS , including significant disclosures in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013
Salary upto Rs 12 lakhs per annum (can be increased slightly)
