Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior CSR & Institutional Fundraising Manager to lead corporate partnerships, CSR funding, and institutional grant acquisition. The role requires strategic planning, proposal development, donor relationship management, and ensuring sustainable financial growth for the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR and institutional fundraising strategy
• Identify and approach corporate companies for CSR partnerships
• Research and apply for national and international grants
• Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes, and presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate donors and foundations
• Coordinate with program teams for project budgets and impact reporting
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and reporting requirements
• Represent the Trust at meetings, networking events, and CSR forums

📚 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Marketing, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in CSR fundraising, grant writing, or corporate partnerships
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of CSR laws and compliance (India) preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets
