Roles and responsibilities:
● Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.
● Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness.
● Conduct timely student assessments.
● Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
● Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
● Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
● Sharing training reports as and when required.
● Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
● Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication / linguistics or in any field,
with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching.
● Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
● Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
● Strong and empathetic behavior
● Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
● Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation
