Career Guidance Counselor Full Time

Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals:
● Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions with individual youth to understand the
unique needs, aspirations, and challenges of youths.

● Provide guidance on educational pathways, skill development, and career options based
on individual strengths and interests.
● Facilitate career exploration activities to help youths identify potential fields of interest.
● Assist youths in creating long-term career plans, considering their skills, values, and
goals.
● Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs.
● Connect youths with skill-building opportunities to enhance their employability.
● Provide coaching and preparation for job interviews, including mock interviews and
feedback.
● Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and group sessions on career-related topics.
● Generate reports on the impact of career guidance programs for organizational
evaluation.
● Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
Who we are looking for:
● Education: BA/MA in Psychology/Counseling/Training or Post Graduation in any field
● Certification in career counseling or a related field is desirable.
● Experience:1-2 years of experience, preferably in Career Counseling
● Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
● Ability to counsel the students appropriately, which will enable them to make the right
decision towards their careers.
● Empathy and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals.
● Knowledge of local job markets, educational institutions, and vocational training
programs.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in local language, Hindi and English
● Immediate joiners are preferred.
● Open to travel to different centres.
