Key Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the overall planning, execution, and management of our projects.
- This individual will be responsible for mentoring the project team, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, and maintaining robust communication with all stakeholders.
- The Sr. Coordinator will leverage the project management software ASANA to track progress, document processes, and report on outcomes.
- This role demands a proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional who can navigate complex project environments and contribute to our mission.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Must possess a post-graduate degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including leading and handling project teams effectively.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Travel: Must be willing to travel as required by the project needs.
Technical Skills: An understanding of technology, including coding and Al, will be considered an added advantage.
