Job Description:

ANK is looking for a  Project Manager for effective implementation of CSR projects in Gurugram location. The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating and executing initiatives that help individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed for self-sufficiency, employment, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Implementation:

·       Oversee the day-to-day operations at the center.

·       Timely management of program schedules, resources, and budgets.

·       Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adapt programs as necessary to ensure their success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

·       Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, local communities, and government agencies to enhance program effectiveness.

·       Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.

Reporting and Documentation:

·       Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports on program activities and outcomes.

·       Maintain records of participant progress and success stories.

·       Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts by providing data and documentation as needed.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

·       Establish and implement program evaluation criteria and metrics.

·       Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and make data-driven decisions.

·       Continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.

Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.

·       Proven experience in project coordination, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

·       Strong organizational and leadership skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

·       Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.

·       Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the educational and vocational training sector.
