ANK Foundation is a not-for-profit organization working extensively in the areas of education, skill development, and livelihood promotion. We are expanding our team for livelihood project in Noida/ NCR and invite applications from qualified and passionate professionals who are committed to driving impact at the grassroots.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Female Project Coordinator

Eligibility & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in livelihood/skill development projects.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) with good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong project coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations of livelihood projects.
Liaison with trainers, mobilizers, and placement teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare reports, maintain project records, and ensure timely deliverables.
Support the team in mobilization, training, and placement linkages.

2. Mobilizer

Eligibility & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community mobilization and counselling in livelihood projects.
Ability to connect with communities, youth, and stakeholders effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach and mobilization activities in the community.
Identify and counsel prospective trainees for various livelihood programs.
Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
Support trainees throughout the enrolment and training journey

3. Female Digital Marketing Trainer

Eligibility & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in relevant field with specialization in Digital Marketing.
Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Prior experience in training/facilitation preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive training sessions on digital marketing tools and strategies.
Prepare curriculum and learning materials for students.
Monitor trainees’ progress and mentor them for real-world application.
Facilitate live projects and practical assignments.

4. Female Tally Trainer

Eligibility & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, Accounting, and MS Office.
At least 1–2 years of training/teaching experience preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Train students in Tally ERP and basic accounting practices.
Develop practical exercises and assessments.
Prepare students for employability in accounting and finance roles.

5. Female Phlebotomist Trainer

Eligibility & Experience:
Certified/experienced Phlebotomist with practical field knowledge.
Prior training/teaching experience is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Train students in phlebotomy techniques, lab practices, and safety protocols.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice sessions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during training.

6. Female Spoken English Trainer

Eligibility & Experience:
Graduate with excellent command over English language (spoken & written).
At least 1–2 years of experience in teaching/training Spoken English preferred.
Strong presentation and mentoring skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct Spoken English classes for youth to improve communication skills.
Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence-building.
Use innovative methods (role play, group discussions, mock interviews) to make sessions interactive.
Support students in interview preparation and workplace communication.

7. Placement Officer

Eligibility & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in placement facilitation within livelihood/skill development projects.
Strong industry networks and proven track record of successful placements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build strong industry linkages for trainee placements.
Conduct placement drives, career counselling, and interview preparation sessions.
Track post-placement progress and ensure retention.
Maintain placement records and employer database.
