District Coordinator for SACC India Full Time

Key Responsibilities

●       Mobilize women entrepreneurs in assigned districts.

●       Conduct awareness campaigns in rural and semi-urban areas.

●       Manage outreach (flyers, posters, WhatsApp campaigns).

●       Maintain communication with community partners and participants.

●       Support participant registration, onboarding, and compliance (KYC).

●       Organize training batches and provide learner support.

●       Track attendance, engagement, and training outcomes.

●       Assist in exposure visits and marketplace training.

●       Prepare periodic reports on progress and impact.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

●       Strong communication and community outreach skills.

●       Minimum 2 years’ experience in rural/semi-urban mobilization.

●       Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

●       Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Forms).

●       Familiarity with local demographics and cultural contexts.
