Role Overview
The District Head will be the key anchor for program implementation in their assigned district. They will lead operations, oversee training and mentoring, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead district operations and ensure smooth program execution.
● Supervise District Coordinators and achieve mobilization targets.
● Build strong partnerships with colleges, institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
● Support women and grassroots entrepreneurs in digital onboarding (Udyam/GST/FSSAI, e-commerce platforms).
● Monitor program activities, maintain records, and report outcomes.
● Ensure district-level KPIs are met (applications, training, startups supported).
● Facilitate mentor engagement and training quality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
● 5+ years’ experience in training, project management, or entrepreneurship development.
● Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
● Knowledge of MSME schemes and digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Forms).
● Familiarity with local demographics and cultural context.
● Ability to motivate and manage the district team.
