321 Education Foundation is looking for an engaging facilitator with impactful and empathetic coaching skills, to execute & ensure our FLN program’s successful implementation in Hyderabad’s schools.

What you will do:

• You’ll execute & ensure our FLN program’s successful implementation in Hyderabad’s schools.
• You’ll build & grow relationships with teachers, school leaders & other stakeholders.
• You’ll implement the FLN program for them via sessions, classroom observations, feedback sharing, conducting assessments, etc.
• You’ll conduct pilots and analyze data trends.
• You’ll ensure that student learning outcomes and teacher development goals are met.
• You’ll understand teachers, school leaders & other stakeholders’ needs & address them collaboratively with the Program development team.

What you need to have:

• Telugu along with English & Hindi languages proficiency and effective communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Engaging facilitation & impactful + empathetic coaching skills
• Knowledge of pedagogy or FLN or both
• Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, tact, conflict resolution
• Ability to balance being outcomes-driven and process-oriented
• Project management & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to changes, while performing at high levels of excellence
