More visibility on your LinkedIn Profile can help you to get succeeded in your career fast.
I am sharing 9-Quick Tips to get noticed by recruiters on LinkedIn 2022. These are hereunder:
1. Updating your URL (i.e /in/amit-dagar-620a3323a To /in/amitdagar):
This will help you to be on top of Google and LinkedIn searches.
2. Have a Professional Profile Picture to 21X more views and 9X more connections:
3. Have a Background Image:
This will help you to show your expertise and niche just in seconds as nobody has more than 3 to 6 seconds to see your complete profile. If they get something interesting about you just in a few seconds then they may think to go through your complete profile.
4. About Section:
Show your branded profile and leadership in the “About” section and mention what values you can create. Don’t forget to give a call to action and ease to connect you by giving your contact details i.e Contact Number and Email ID etc. It should be crisp and to the point.
5. Feature Section:
Add feature media to show your work and leadership in your niche or area of expertise. It will show you as more authentic.
6. Rcommendatiobs & Skills Endorsements:
Get more recommendations and skills endorsements by asking your co-workers or mentors. It will show your authenticity and authority on your subject.
7. Follow Pages and Join Groups:
Follow the pages of your targeted companies and join different groups related to your niche. You should like the posts and show your expertise & thought leadership through your comments. They are noticing you. You should try to make friends at the professional outset.
8. LinkedIn Profile Optimization:
Optimize your LinkedIn Profile according to the need of your preferred industry or job role by using relevant keywords, especially in your “Headline” and “About Section”. This will help you to be in the search of the recruiters as most of the time recruiters don’t share job posts but they hire candidates through direct searches on their keywords.
9. LinkedIn Headline:
And finally, use a relevant skill or keyword as your “Headline” instead of mentioning your position or “looking for a Job” as no recruiter searches his candidates by typing “looking for a job” or your “position” in the organization. By doing this, you have a higher chance to be in the search of recruiters or targeted people.
These all will help you to get your dream job, salary hike, take the next step in your career, more leads, and develop an eco-system for new career opportunities as well as establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the industry.
Hope this would have been helpful and useful to grow in your career.
