Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our brand and business goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Manage and grow our online community, responding to comments and DMs in a timely manner
Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy
Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and provide monthly reports
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic analytics
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Based in Delhi (Remote work, but occasional in-person meetings preferred)
